Scentceuticals in combination with Primitive Soul Tattoos of Lakewood Colorado have partnered together in offering a raffle to benefit our local Denver Make a Wish Foundation. We will have a live raffle drawing at Primitive Soul Tattoos business establishment in Lakewood Colorado on August 28th, 2010 at 3pm. Posting of winner and donation check to Denver Make a Wish Foundation, and photos will be displayed on this website, as well as Primitive Soul Tattoos website.
Raffle Rules
You must be 18 years or older to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Donations for Classic Truck Raffle/Benefit to Make A Wish Foundation are: 1 Ticket for $25 or 5 tickets for $100.00. Donations are not tax-deductible contributions. Online payment is accepted through Paypal Checkout only. If an entrant's credit card through Paypal Checkout is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the entry ticket(s) will be invalid. All Tickets MUST be purchased prior to August 27th, 2010 to be eligible for the drawing. WINNER DOES NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT. Grand Prize: The winner will receive the 1976 Classic/Custom Ford F100 XLT Ranger Short Box Truck. The winner will be posted on this website. The winner will be determined via a random drawing on August 28th, 2010. The winner will be notified by phone on August 28th, 2010 and a certified letter will be sent to winner on the next available business day. August 30th, 2010, Truck will be available for pickup on or after this date. The winner is responsible for all licensing, registration, title, license plate, shipping and all other fees, and local, state and federal taxes, including without limitation and all applicable sales, use, luxury, income and special taxes. This renewed motor vehicle is raffled without any warranty and is won as is. Vehicle will not be modified by Primitive Soul Tattoos/Scentceuticals to meet specific local, state or county requirements. In the event the 1976 Ford F100 XLT Ranger Truck is damaged or stolen, PrimitiveSoulTattoos/Scentceuticals will return the purchase price of the ticket to all purchasers. The 1976 Ford F100 XLT Ranger Truck will be insured throughout the duration of the raffle. Some of the proceeds, less prize and expenses benefit Primitive Soul Tattoo/Scentceutical. Primitive Soul Tattoo/Scentceuticals has no obligation for delivery to any person other than the entrant. Be sure to retain your raffle ticket receipt. In the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner of the drawing, you will be required to produce your raffle ticket receipt.
